Hi this input devise is not backwords compatible with windows 7 and will not work with it.

Could be a Ram or Cpu issue. I had a similar problem with ocsasional pixelated picture & discovered my Ram was faulty ( due to overclocking). I replaced the Ram & that fixed the problem.
After another overclock attempt I started getting the same issue as before & realised this time that It was my Cpu causing the issue. By adding a little more voltage to my Cpu the problem was fixed.
This is just to illustrate that the Problem is likely to be a Ram or a Cpu issue, if all else fails. The tuners are heavilly reliant on Ram & Cpu, so any short falls in either can result in an imperfect picture.

Try pressing CTRL + ALT + ESC and that will start the task manager. Let's say it's Internet Explorer that is causing the problem. Just click on it and click end task. Same thing goes for your problem.

Driver issue? I would go to the manufacturers website to check for compatible software...

How about some more info. Is it a Hard Drive,SSD, did you use the delete function on the device or an add on app(program) for deletion.
