You can buy a later version of Nero that will run under Vista. If you bought a retail copy of Nero 6 and still have something that proves it, you might be able to upgrade to a later version for a reduced price if the company has that kind of offer.

Another option, the one I suggest, is to uninstall Nero and replace it with CDBurnerXP. It's a completely free burning program that offers CD and DVD burning capability, makes audio CDs, copies discs, etc. But the best feature is that it's free, and it will run on Vista systems. You just need to have Microsoft's dot-net framework installed, but that's on many computers already. If not, it's available from Microsoft's update site at no charge.

I don't think so.. you could install it but there no guarantee it'll work correctly.. its only suited for Vista / Win2k / WinNT / WinXP..

which version of windows you are using? either 64bit or 32 bit.......read it in mannual for which version of windows it works.........

You need to pay for an upgrade to Nero 10 .

Updates are free but you can't update from a outdated version of Nero that does not work correctly in a 64-bit system .
An upgrade could be possible , provided your version is not too old , but is not free . Nevertheless , it' s cheaper than having to buy a full new version .

instead use Nero-8.1.1.0., its better than nero 6. download nero 8 from nero wensite and use the serial code to activate it.
