If your camera has a removable card, I suggest you get an external card reader (starting as low as $5) and remove the card from the camera and transfer the images from the camera card to the computer directly

Try going to the manuafactures website first. They normally have manuals available. What is the model # of the camera, you can google it and should be able to get a link for manual

The flash is to bright i have a really bad picture

Most cameras have a function where you can decrease or increase the brightness of the flash. I, too, had that problem on the built-in flash on the Nikon D40, so I toned it down to -1 power, which illuminated the subject but didn't wash out. Also, if you're shooting an external flash, try toning the ISO settings on the flash to a lower number or decreasing the power. Also, angling the flash away from the subject slightly helps a great deal.

The screen looks blue

well most likely something on the circuit board has burnt out that sends messages to the screen. if that is the problem, you might have to buy a new camera. proud to be part of your help

I have a Digital Concepts Digital Camera 89379-Z lost CD

You have to add a flash SD memory card for the audio to work as the internal memory without the memory card is not adequate for storing audio and video according to the manufacturer.

Deleted pictures

Does this camera store it's pictures on a memory card such as SD?

You can try this procedure:
Givens:
You have a card reader hooked to your windows machine that will read the card that was in the camera and
Your memory card is formatted in FAT or FAT32 (it probably was)
You have a Windows machine...

DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE PICTURES...

1. Download "freeundelete" from this location:
http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/
2. Install the program.
3. Place memory card out of camera into computer, noting drive letter of the memory card.
4. Fire up the freeundelete software and point it at the drive letter of your memory card.
5. Recover what pictures you can.

Good luck.
