White paint work is coming off?

Hi Jo The Quinny Buzz in Europe has never been made available with a white chassis so this would have been modified by the original owner. We are unable to recommend a way of rectifying this as we would advise against painting the chassis.

Any idea on how to stop my right rear wheel on my buzz squeaking? Its over two years old so out of guarantee? Its really bugging me now :(

Hi Samantha The most common reason for this would be a build up of dirt and debris around the section of the wheel that fits into the chassis - this would cause friction, which then causes the noise. Remove the rear wheels and clean the spoke (which goes into the chassis) with some furniture polish and a soft cloth - this should stop the noise.

Scratched quinny logo

Hi Claire, A bathroom or kitchen cleaner or something like nail varnish remover applied with a soft cloth would remove the original logos from the chassis. Don't use a cream cleaner or anything that has rough particles in it as these will scratch the chassis.

How do i know which model i have there is a number

Hi Valerie These numbers refer to the manufacturing date - 16th June 2006 - so it is an older model Quinny but we'd need to see it to know which model it is if you're unsure. Have you compared it to the products on the Quinny website? Please contact us on our Facebook page for additional assistance.
