Good Afternoon

As long as the rear wheels you fit are for the Quinny Buzz they will fit. Older style wheels will have a slightly different hub cap to the newer style wheels. Older style wheels may not be an ideal fit in a newer chassis as they may not click in properly though so it would be recommended that the wheels purchased are the ones relevant to the chassis.

Removing telescopic handle of Quinny Buzz?

Pull the handle up almost all the way, the plastic pieces that hold the handle in place come out by pusining in the little black plastic dot but the handle has to be in the correct position. Move the handle up and down till you can easily push in the dot. The handle should then come off easily enough

My Quinny Buzz creaks and squeaks all the time,

Good Morning

If the Buzz chassis is definitely correctly unfolded and locked into position and you hear these noises it should come to the engineers for full inspection.

Sometimes people force the chassis into the fold position without correctly unlocking it first and this can break the knuckle joints, causing noise when in use. If you're satisfied you haven't done this, full inspection and any repair work required will be covered under warranty if the product is under 2 years old - simply return it to your retailer with your proof of purchase.

Good Morning

The seat unit needs to be world facing and completely upright - or else removed from the chassis.

Stand with the chassis in front of you so you have it facing you and you have the front wheel closest to you.

Right knuckle: Press the grey button in

Left knuckle: Bring the grey button toward you. The chassis will automatically fold down toward you. Ensure the transport clip is locked in place before setting off.

The Quinny Dreami will fit onto an older style model, and likewise an older Dreami will fit on a newer chassis.

The adaptors used to fit the Dreami to the chassis are the same adaptors as for the Maxi Cosi Group 0+ carseat. They come with the pushchair, not the accessories, so if you no longer have the adaptors for your Buzz you will need to order a replacement set to be able to fit the Dreami. You can order via your local authorised retailer.

Hello i have a quinny

Good Morning

Spot cleaning should be done by mixing warm water with a mild handwash detergent and using a clean sponge on the fabric taking care not to make it too wet as this may cause water marks.

If you really want to wash the whole fabric you can do so; Remove it from the sub seat (seat frame) to wash. Handwash is best, but if you have a handwash or delicate cycle on your washing machine this may be used. Maximum temperature 30 degrees, using a mild detergent and if possible do an extra spin following washing to make sure most water is out of the fabric. Then to dry don't put it in a tumble drier as this can cause mis-shaping, instead leave to dry naturally (not in direct sunlight as this can cause discolouration) and make sure fabric is fully dry before putting back onto unit for use as damp areas can cause mould or mildew growth.

The frame is very stiff to fold.

Buy a can of silicone spray from your local hardware or auto store. Spray all the parts that slide against each other than wipe of excess off with a paper towel.
