You mean the clothes are still damp, (not dried enough) or that are as wet or wetter than you put them in? Bad dryer sensor for the former, broken water inlet valve or heater element failure for the latter.
With combined washers and dryers, there are so many things that can go wrong due to the number of sensors involved. You will need a service call from an LG technician.
If the washing machine is not coming on check to see if the child lock feature has been turned on.Try to reset your washing machine by unplugging the washing machine then press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds to restart your washer.

There is not a lot of info on the unit. Tip it up and see if there is an open bottom to access the drain and pump. If not then the top pops off, be careful not to damage the paint. Then you remove the screws that hold the front on and you should be able to get to the pump

When you do hear your LG washing machine making a loud banging type of noise on the spin cycle it could be caused by overloading or a loud that is unbalanced Or the bearing has worn out and needs replacement.
Look for a circuit breaker that has tripped Reset the breaker then by turning off your washing machine for a few minutes if it still is not working either the power cord is broken or the control panel is no longer working on the washer and needs to be repaired.

Take the back off and check the belt it may have some of the rubber removed on the belt and as it goes around it clicks as it slaps against the drum or around the motor pulley.

Not sure but it could be a bad motherboard or the pipe that comes off the bottom of the drum and then goes up to the circuit board to turn the water off when it fills to the right level. Does the water turn on as the washer is washing like halfway through it cycle if cycle if it does water is leaking out of the washer maybe and it refills until it gets up that pipe and makes that sensor on the circuit board and it keeps refilling and refilling and that's what takes so long for the washer to finish his cycle.

Sounds like you should buy a water filter to put in your house or wherever line to filter the water. it can be a cheap one with just a cheap paper filter to keep out any sand or settlement especially if you are on a well oh sounds like the valves are getting dirty inside and not closing completely because of debris in the valve.
The small black tube needs to be replaced and the hose needs to be replaced for the washing machine part and the duct and the air vent could be having to be replaced for the dryer or the heat is not working properly.
Mildew is caused by leaving the machine damp and with the lid closed. You should dry the machine after every use. Once you have it is it hard to get rid of it. Vinegar is not good for the removal of it. Boil washes with bleach is a good solution. Also, go to Home Depot and get a bottle of Tilex. Spray it all around the inside of the machine and leave it for a couple of hours. Then do it again and leave it overnight. Then do a wash. Tilex is made specifically for mold and mildew on tiles.

The drum may need to be replaced inside of the washing machine. The washing machine is making a loud noise while spinning then especially if it is either a clanking or scratching sound then there is some type of foreign material that could of had have gone into your washer's filter inside the rubber seal or is simply spinning around inside of it's the drum.
