Had similar NF error code problem with Samsung WF209ANW/XAA model: removed top panel via 2 screws at back of washer. Found that black sensor tube to water level sensor had vibrated loose and so sensor was not sensing water level in tub. Reclipped tube to sensor - solved my problem....unfortunately I had already ordered and paid for a new water level sensor $26 - due to advice provided by Samsung Tech Phone Support. Would have been nice if they asked me to check the sensor tubing first..as part of the troubleshooting procedure...!!

Make sure your drsain hose is higher than the water level and not sealed in the drain line in your home. Also, make certain it is not sitting in the water in the drain line as well....it must have air to prevent siphoning.

indicates no drain issue. To start with check the drain hose for any clogs and
try cleaning it, then check restriction in drain pump assembly or loose wire at
the pump, located inside the bottom front access panel of the unit. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

I get an NF error
Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. Error NF means No Fill. The washer has tried to fill but was unsuccessful. NF indicates No Flow. There is something that is interrupting the inbound flow of water to the washer, either hot or cold. Sometimes this happens when water service in the area is interrupted, creating an air pocket that causing the water valve not to sense water. Try running the diagnostic test by:
- Press the delicates and heavy soil keys together for 3 seconds.
- You are in the service mode.
- Now, press wrinkle free key, cold water should start entering.
- Then, press the cotton sturdy and hot water should flow.
- To exit the test mode, either unplug the machine or press the delicate and heavy soil again for 3 seconds.
