PUK code stands for Personal Unlock key and has nothing to do with the box it is a code  for your SIM in case you enter wrong PIN three times contact your service provider and ask for your unique PUK code which will be given to you after their enquiry. Do Not enter random nos. till you get your PUK code as it will block your SIM card and you`ll have to buy a new one.

just go to configuraciones then select idiomas, from there choose the first one.and thats ENGLISH.

Hopefully you have just locked the touch screen on the phone this is a common and easy to fix problem with such phones so try the manual or CS for you carrier unfortunately I am not familiar w/ that model.

puk number is not your but your sim it may be 12345678 or 1234

actually the phone you are using might be Gsm or Cdma.. and the sim might be the other one . since the difference exist the phone doesnot accept,......

You need to change usb connection to USB mass storage from your phone. Then it will be ok try it .

Take it to any local phone store, (not orange or anything like that) an independant stroe, and they will unlock it for about £5.00

you have to contact your customer care

If you are technically minded, yes, you will be able to do this yourself. Otherwise you need a technical person to do it for you.



I assume you are technical. This is what you should do:-

1. You should have the replacement touch screen handy (You should have bought a new touch screen). 

2. Remove battery, memory card, sim card etc.

3. Unscrew the screws holding the casing/(housing of the phone) to the panel.

4. Then with object like a knife, position the edge gently between where the lower and upper parts of the casing contact/(close up) and pry open.

5. You will see where you can disconnect the touch screen from the panel. Gently detach from the panel. Connect the new one and reassemble.

there are two possible conditions for this...

1st that your firmware has gone and u will have to reinstall it...as it is available on internet...

2nd the phone has internal issue with board but its rear... the ist one is recommended...
