Specifically .jar files are for applications to be run on your mobile. Websites like getjar.com has a whole lot of collections for it.

Pls save the .jar files on your computer and then transfer them to your mobile using usb cord. Once transferred. Using your mobile click on those .jar file and you will see a installation window.

Do note that the .jar files are specific to the mobile handset you will not be able to use any other mobile's .jar files.

If your internet is saying communication error, it simply means the internet on your phone is not yet activated. To activate the internet of your phone, you will have to contact the service center of your sim card. They will give you the configuration settings manually or give you the short code to send on your message so as to activate it for you automatically.

After doing so, you will be able to surf the internet using your phone.

Depending on the network your are locked too depends on what solutions will be available, for some networks and LG KG290 unlocking codes (the easiest way of unlocking) will be available, for others only a cable solution or visiting a shop with your LG KG290 in person will be available to you.
