Are you sure it was a thoughtful face and she didn't mean constipated.
When a female sends out cryptic or subliminal messages asking her what she means is a sort of insult and not instinctively knowing what she means is another sort of insult so it is better not to ask but let her know more by action than words you know she has something on her mind.
Best be patient and allow her thoughts/feelings to ferment while the Earth whirls a few times. Hopefully when fermentation is complete it will come bubbling out, meanwhile try and be kind, surprising and a little humorous.
You can't hear anything because the phone is most likely set on "airplane" or "headset" mode. You can go through your manual to reset it. Worse case contact your carrier and ask them for the website link for a manual viewable in PDF format.
I have no idea why the user manual does not give instructions on setting up vm on this phone. Just press 1 and enter the temporary PIN given to you by MetroPCS, which should be 9999. Then set your personal PIN. From there follow the prompts and set-up your greeting and you are all set.

Usually
when touch screens don't work, it is due to water damage. You can bring
your phone to your carrier's nearest store and ask someone that works
there to check if your phone suffered water damage. They'll check the
inside of your phone. If that's the case, you'll probably have to buy a
new one. If you're insured this shouldnt be TOO expensive. But if you
bring it to the store and it's NOT water damage, they should replace
the phone for free! Hope this helped Please rate my solution! - Frankie
