How to replace drum in konica minolata 363
First Conduct a "Drum Dry". In (User or Admin Mode) Then clear the developer and drum unit counters in Service mode. Then power off Use Main Power inside switch . Ensure fax and ether net cable is remove no copies or faxes can be printed until the procedure is done or you will have to do it over again. Open the right side and remove a small plastic cover which covers a electrical connection DO NOT YANK the image unit out until the cover is removed and connector disconnected. Or you will have bigger problems!!!!!!!!!!. Then take apart the image unit and replace the Drum the Cleaning blade and the developer. This is complex RECOMMEND you get a Technician to do this. The counter need to be cleared because the machine determines voltage setting base on the counters you don't clear them the
copier increase voltages on a new drum because it thinks the drum is used based on the counters. Then you have to run the Gradation test and density test with machine produced print outs.
I REALLY RECOMMEND A KMBS TECHNICIAN do this! Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

How to enter the service mode
Sir, once you replace the image unit you are good to go! There is a fuse the image which the copier will blow it's ok the blowing of the fuse lets the copier know it has a new image unit installed, you don't have to run F8 when the fuse blew the copier did that automatically . Now if you replace the developer and drum seperaterly that is a whole different story? Please advise, thank you Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Minolta Di 5520 code Solution C-13f5
Yes there are 2 soft switches...... left side is for trouble reset.
Remove fuser unit from copier
Reset code co05XX
The copier needs to give you a scree with wait for warm up; if not some thing else it's going on
If you get the wait for warm up ...eventually you'll get a C05XX code
Reset and test it with the fuser unit in.
Troubleshoot fuser unit in case you get another C05XX
