service mode > copier > adjust > adjust xy > adjust Y input the value from the label on the front cover This is all I could find. Try adjusting by 1/4 inch. Thank you Santosh

Check The Fixing Unit Film.

1. Replace Fuser Film.
2. The White mark of Fuser Film must be place in write side.
3. The White mark reader sensor must be free from dust and Toner.
4. Use fuser oil and white grease for fixing unit.

The error code means that the fixing unit is not warming up to the correct temputure.

Average cost of this machine is $4500.00 if you buy it outright, however the price will vary drastically if you decide to lease the machine from a leasing company.
