Sometimes two diffrent brands will not communicate proper.
Try connect the headset to another phone is it now working?
If Yes --> then I'm sorry but it seems your cel and the headset are not compatible.
If No --> then the problem is most like a technical defect. Go back to your reseller for another headset or let your reseller demonstrate a correct functional headset.
Good Luck.

I need the password code
You could try the bluetooth generic passwords (0000 and 1234), these usually work with most devices.

I am wanting to change
The factory set passcode is 0000 (zero's not O's). If you changed this then you will need to reset your bluetooth to go back to the 0000

In that case it could be as simple as needing a new little speaker. The one in there is probably high-quality, but you should be able to replace it with any little speaker-- say from a pair of headphones. I successfully repaired the same problem in my Jabra bluetooth using this method.
It could also be a radio problem, however. Bluetooth headsets allow you to talk at the same time as the other person, so they use two frequencies at once. It could be that there is something wrong with the transmitter, but I'm afraid repairing that is beyond my abilities.

How do I pair this bluetooth device to a phone
First step is to turn the blue tooth power to on in your phone menu, then you must put your blue tooth device into discovery mode,Now most blue tooth manufactures use the power button for thiws feature, when turning your device on keep holding the power button sown for 6 to 10 seconds a solid light usually stays on,this means you are in discovery mode, then you can add new or search for device from your phone menu, once it finds it it will ask for a pin pairing code. Most manufactures use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111,or 9999. enter one of these codes starting with the first one ,when it recognizes the pin it will pair and you are ready to use your blue tooth device, glad to be of assistance
