Sometimes two diffrent brands will not communicate proper.
Try connect the headset to another phone is it now working?
If Yes --> then I'm sorry but it seems your cel and the headset are not compatible.
If No --> then the problem is most like a technical defect. Go back to your reseller for another headset or let your reseller demonstrate a correct functional headset.
Good Luck.

I need the password code
You could try the bluetooth generic passwords (0000 and 1234), these usually work with most devices.

I am wanting to change
The factory set passcode is 0000 (zero's not O's). If you changed this then you will need to reset your bluetooth to go back to the 0000

How do I pair this bluetooth device to a phone
First step is to turn the blue tooth power to on in your phone menu, then you must put your blue tooth device into discovery mode,Now most blue tooth manufactures use the power button for thiws feature, when turning your device on keep holding the power button sown for 6 to 10 seconds a solid light usually stays on,this means you are in discovery mode, then you can add new or search for device from your phone menu, once it finds it it will ask for a pin pairing code. Most manufactures use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111,or 9999. enter one of these codes starting with the first one ,when it recognizes the pin it will pair and you are ready to use your blue tooth device, glad to be of assistance

Need pairing mode for H12
Hi there,
The easiest way to find this information out would be to go on the Motorola interactive bluetooth pairing simulator:
Motorola pairing simulator
This will ask what headset you have, and I've noticed the H12 is in a section titled "existing products", it's just a fraction down from the top of the webpage when it opens.
You will then be asked which phone make and model you have.
This will then take you to a very helpful interactive page which will walk you through the pairing process step by step.
I hope this helps.
Warm regards and a Merry christmas.
Mike

H12 bluetooth earpiece speaker has
This happens only when the speaker itself is bad or damaged or bad. The only thing you can do is replace the Speaker (if it's possible from the Motorola Service Center) or if it's still under warranty, claim it.
I am sorry to say this, but if you don't have idea on how to replace or where to find the spare, it's not possible to Fix It Yourself and never a recommended solution if you still wish to get it worked. Most frustrating thing is that this speaker type isn't available in the market except at the Service Centers.
If you need further help, let me know.
Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
