Try '0000' (four zeros), which is the code chosen by the vast majority of bluetooth devices' manufactures.
I was able to find the user guide for the H710 headset, but unfortunately not for the H715. It's here, anyway. Hope you find it useful, somehow.

Almost all the blue-tooth headset works with the pin number/pass key 0000.
Also try
1234,12345

You go and install that hardware or software from "add new hardware wizzard".

Any time it happens, it usually is the phone. Pull battery and reboot and should work fine

Seriously it may be time to buy a new one.
But you have little to lose.
Try prying the body apart with a sharp knife edge.
If you can get it open, wash it in water to get the coffee out.
Water warm to the touch is ok.
Leave it in a warm dry place like a sunny windowsill for a week or so.
Reassemble it, give it a good charge and see if it works.
It may well, electronics are not as delicate as some people think.

need to replace, this is a common problem when they go bad and they dont make this headset anymore.

bluetooth is shot, need to replace. had 3 of them do it over 4 years. they dont make them anymore

The microphone is defective. Take back to motorola or call 1-877-motoblu

It is very possible that you have a dust particle lodged in the area of the microphone. The microphone itself has a TINY hole that the sound goes through. A piece of dust lodged in the hole will ruin the sound reproduction. If you examine it with a magnifying glass, you may find the something sitting there.
