Have motorola h710 bluetooth headset and no
it is universal procedure to pair up all devices like this
first if ur hedset is switched on switch it OFF by long pressing the main button in the centre it will blink blue light twice or thrice and will switch OFF after that u can touch any button it will not respond with blinking lights
Now press again that centre main button long press for like 10 sec until that blue light comes on and become STABLE when it is stable it means it is ready to pair up with any bluetooth phone now go to ur phone switch the bluetooth ON and select search u will find ur headset with its model like H710 just select and when asked for pairing code enter 0000 Zero four times , now u will see that ur headset light will start blinking and u will see a headset sign on the screen of ur mobile phone it means now it is paired up
now u can try to talk thru headset make a test call any number for voulume control there are two buttons on headset on upper sie with arrows u can select them to increase headset sound
pls rate me well for help ! Fixya rating is encouraging !

Hello- I just dropped my
The phone cannot detect the headset because it has gotten damaged and blue-tooth devices are designed to spoil.
Get a replacement as it is not so expensive and be careful next time.
Cheers dear.

I could hear them but they cant hear me..
This could be due to a phone setting.
You probably have the phone or the blue tooth in the "mute mode"
check you instruction manual or the phone settings to see if you have it voice muted for privacy.

Try to pair again. Make sure you erase the profile from your phone. Then pair again. If you keep hearing pink. there is damage to the speaker on your headset.

I can't get my H710 to go into pairing mode...
First, if you've already paired it with another phone, make sure that phone is turned off. Close the headset and wait a few seconds, then reopen it by flipping out the boom (mouthpiece).
If that doesn't work, try this adapted method from the H700 model: Press the multi-function (center) button and hold it in until the light turns blue. As soon as you see the blue light, immediately open the boom (mouthpiece). Hopefully it will remain solid blue, indicating you're in pairing mode.

Motorola H710 will not reset even when holding
If you can't reset your device- try this, which I just fiddled with and got mine to work (I had same problem). On headset, close boom, hold center button (and it turns pink). then, while keeping center button depressed, open boom- light remains pink. Then look on phone, and hit Add new device-- and bingo, it should be recognized now!! You'll be asked if u want to pair w/ Motorola-- and led through the process--follow those steps.
I had tried similar earlier, but the trick was to keep the button depressed, and then open the boom. I can't quite remember if I kept button depresed until I also pressed Add new device on phone or just until after opening the boom and the light stayed on ... Sorry I can't be exact; I was too excited. Hope this helps you get yours working!

My H710 headset will not enter pairing mode.
Try this- first, make sure on your phone, that you have checked that bluetooth is on. You do not need to also check the box to make visible with other devices.

Pairing H710 to a computer
Well. This is probably not a solution you guys want to hear, but it just worked. I left it for months, maybe it was just the time, or a recharge needed to wipe out one of the paired devices in memory, but it just paired with my laptop like that. Used it for while too with Skype.
I am also using the new Windows Seven RC this time around, maybe it was a Beta issue, that got fixed with the RC.

Motorola mic no longer works. Any fixes?
This is probably a broken wire inside. the microphone piece moves back and forth to turn this unit off and on and the wires have broken because of it. there is a similiar problem with the H800 as the mic extends in and out to turn it on and off.
