I've had about 3 or 4 similar sets like this....all have had a flash-over around the bridge rectifier to metal chassis. (you will clearly see the flash-over on the metal chassis). Clean back the print re-solder bridge rectifier,fit a new fuse (usually around 4 to 6.3 Amp)
