Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here.
Hi,
I hope I can help with this. It may not be the HDMI port. When you change ports, are you changing the TV video source input on your tv to verify that they work? That is what will need to be done in order test properly. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/laura_08254539050d64db
1. If you're watching TV via a Cable or Satellite box , then the SAP (Secondary Audio Programming) is activated in the box, not the TV. Check with your TV service provider how to activate/deactivate SAP in their box.
2. Only if you're using the TV's own built-in tuner to watch TV (you're changing channels by using the Panasonic remote for CH up/down), then press the SAP button on the Panasonic TV remote to cycle through the SAP options.
How far away is the modem? Sometimes you will need to purchase a net gear wi fi extender. I had the same problem or move modem closer. Thank you and leave feedback. Good Luck
The TCON Board or the LCD panel is faulty. Can confirm by replacing the TCON board.

Cable reception is a cable company question. The only reason I say that is because they will do it free for you. It is going to be signal too strong , too weak or it is a bad connector. The antenna is going to depend on a few things. Are you aimed correctly? If this and Omni directional then you need to figure out how far you are from the tower sending the signal. The Omni directional antennas are only good for 50 miles tops and that is some models. You may also need a preamp in line for your signal to be strong enough if you do not have one in line. If you have a lot of runs going on the antenna (several room feeds) then you may also need an adjustable amplifier after the preamp.
I had the same thing happen to my Samsung 46" led TV. It was a compassitor. We called around to TV repair guys cause we didn't have a lot of money. One of the guys came out and fixed it for $50 on the side.
If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.

Does your tv error out? If the tv does not turn on and blinks a certain number of times, it is known a sos code. This is very helpful in finding the faulty circuit board. I am providing a link that you can download the service manual from to help you determine your issue.

Your tv will update firmware automatically, it may warn you not to shut it down during the process. However having said that if you go into your main menu, you will see a first time startup option, follow the links and you will see an option to "update firmware" choose this option and it will update. Hope this helps

I seen this problem on some Samsung's, and it was always same - burned capacitors. I don't know haw handy you are with electronics, but if you open back panel (please disconnect the power for safety), you'll see a small plate about 4x4 inches full of capacitors, there could be 7 or more of them, now they may not all bed, usually it's 2 or 3 bed. Replace and it will work again. Important - after you open back panel, you'll need to discharge those capacitors and make sure there is no power left before you handle anything inside your TV. They contain hi voltage and it is dangerous. Be safe. Hope it help..
