Check the power supply part no. matching. If there is adjustment potentiometer for the supply voltages try adjusting to the required level of the voltage.
Panasoni tv will not turn on inmidiatelly....takes
Hi
Thanks
for using FixYa. A plasma TV is a very hard working device. It is
working harder than any TV that has been built before, and as a result it
produces a lot of heat. 75% of technical problems in plasma TV's are caused by
overheating problems. You’ll need to check the power supply board first for any
swollen/bulged/leaky capacitors. As power supply board is the hardest working
board in a plasma TV, it develops voltage to supply all components, high
current + high voltage. All this is only recommended if you have electrical
expertise & know how to solder/re-solder components as these units contain
high voltages even when switched off. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or
else revert for further assistance.
Thanks

It started a few weeks
Either the power switch or the power supply aka high-voltage transformer is bad. It is common, escpecially in today's newer electronics due to cheaper parts they use.
Panasonic plasma 50PZ85 power led blink 10 times
Either a bad power supply or a bad processor board.
A Good Service Shop should know what the 10 blinks are indicating.
May be a repair cost between $200 and 400 dollars.
Be prepared -

What board should I change
Three blinks of the power LED indicates an over-current or over-voltage condition in one of the DC supplies of the AP board. The AP board is repairable. Therefore the use of an ohmmeter and peak-hold-voltmeter is required to determine the cause of the shutdown. An over-voltage condition is definitely a defect of the AP board. An over-current condition may be due to a short circuit located in the AP board, A board, or the LCD panel.
