That is usually an indication of an issue in the left and right inverter boards or a beginning of main panel failure. In either case I would replace the inverter boards first. not too expensive. usually that symptoms cause of faulty t-con board..but before you do that kindly play dvd on your tv and look at the picture if still persisted just change the t-con board to works fine again

You have an internal power problem to the TV and something is overheating. Get it looked at by a tv repairman.
