ROGER In order for me to better assist you, I will need a copy of your 123 product’s “Log Files”. Below you will find Instructions to assist you in locating these log files for both windows Vista, and Windows XP. I will also need you to include your License ID and/or Customer ID, your version number, and the name of the movie you are trying to copy. 
You may reply to this email with the log files or send them to [email protected].

WINDOWS VITSA INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Click start, and click the “Computer” button. 
2. Once in my computer, double click on the “Local Disk C:” icon, and click on the “Users” folder
3. Double click your User name
4. Once inside the folder, click the “Organize” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
5. Click “Folder and Search Options”, and move select the “View” tab.
6. Scroll down to the “Hidden Folder’s” file, and select the “Show Hidden Folders and Files” button. Click “Apply” and “OK”
7. Now you will be to see the “AppData” folder, double click that folder.
8. Once there double click the “Local” folder, then the “Virtual Store Folder”, “Program Files”, “123 Copy DVD”, and finally “Log”.
9. Attach to email, and email it to [email protected].

1. Click start, and click the “My Computer” button. 
2. Once in my computer, double click on the “Local Disk C:” icon, and click on the “Program Files” folder.

You usually download youtube vids as FLV files, there are plenty of free file conversion programs to change flv to avi or whatever format you want, you can then burn them onto a disc.
I have never used your software, so i am not sure if it handles flv files.If your dvd player will play avi/divx files, you could convert then to avi and burn them as a data disc using ant burning software, i use free software for this. CD burner XP and imgburn.

is your computer 64 bit? win8? win7? vista? XP? I need input!! :)

If your new computer is windows 7 you my be SOL.Vista made buyers get new hardware.Windows 7 made buyers get new updated software.If it in installed then you can try right clicking the exe file and go to properties and click Compatibily and select the operating system it last ran on.

Perhaps the dvd drive is going or a bit dirty or the disks are scratched.

first of all remove the software from you computer then remove in registry files too Click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK. if you are trying to copy a original dvd you will have some problems removing macrovision protection
you will need the following software dvd fab ....but you can get a free 30 day trial at dvd fab .com
or yod this softu can buy it for around fifty quid but this software will let you copy any disc even sony's new macrovision plus protected discs......
