Most likely need to replace the drum

Corona wire. Remove the toner cartridge with the drum. In the back of the drum you will se a green button on the right side. To clean it, slide it to the left and right several times and park on right hand side. Reinstall.

use a 20lb paper in lieu of regular copy paper, works for me

happened to me after i fed a page with not-too-hard whiteout on it. the feeder makes the page run through a different piece of glass and i just had to clean it.

Just put the scan job in the scanner and press the scan tab in your printer the scan image will appear in your directly connected machine/pc.

hello, i am going to ball park this, with machine on, open up front cover as if you are going to replace toner, press the clear button, on the display it may say, new drum press 1 for yes 2 for no, then close front cover. normally the drum comes with the instructions on this, but sometimes its missing, but also brothers web site has the info on this. i work on these alot so most of the resets are the same

Is any information given on the nature of the problem? In my experience the majority of problems with this printer is the correct prompt not being given to the printer when a new drum was installed. As such I would recommend trying the following:-Open the front cover of the printer.-Press Clear/Back.-To confirm you have previously installed a new drum, press 1.-Assuming the LCD now shows Accepted, close the front cover.I hope this helps.

check for broken ribbon wire connected to the lcd display.

Hi Good day!! Try to replace the toner of your unit and try to print some test page. if the problem is still there check the fuser film. check if there is damage in the film.. feel free to ask me if you have any question..
