Clean the laser scanners

I cannot understand why you are using sublimation paper on an LED printer which uses toner. I always thought that sublimation printing is used with dye and not toner. Why it worked in the first place is odd. Anyway I reckon you have worn out the fuser and or the fuser is not reaching temperature which is why its not fusing correctly.

The toner cartridge might not properly installed. Just try reinstalling or re-insert problematic toner cartridge, after doing it the error should gone.

Oki is forcing you to buy a new fuser. If fuser roller, film and thremistors are still in perfect shape, reset is possible with new OEM FB fuse

I expect you have an extra tray fitted. This error refers to this option. Turn the power off and lift the printer off the second tray .Now turn it back on and it should print ok. If so then throw away the optional 2nd tray as it has gone faulty.

check the fuser unit for paper/media stuck to the orange fuser roller. power off machine and re-install. If that dont work fuser unit must be replaced

1. Turn machine on while pushing and holding the TWO up/down menu buttons at same time.
2. Menu window will show "OKI USER"
3. Scroll to " Engine Dialog Mode" is indicated. Push Enter button.
4. "Diagnostic Mode xx.xx.xx S-Mode is indicated.
5. Scroll to "NV-Ram initial" is indicated. Push ENTER.
6. Window shows "NV-Ram- Initial Table 1".
7. Push ONLINE and ENTER Buttons simultaneously and HOLD for 10 seconds after you see "Executing Reset" appear in menu window.
8. Restart printer.

All toner, drum, fuser and transfer figures return to 100%.
