You need to install a driver actually ON the laptop. Then connect up to the printer, either as a Local printer, one connected DIRECTLY to the laptop, via, say the USB port, or Paralel port in the laptop. OR connect to a NETWORKED or bluetooth printer, to do this is the same as installing a local one, you start with "Install Printer" but, instead of choosing a LOCAL printer, you simply choose the one on the network, using the search box provided, navigate to the address that the printer is located, usually though, windows will find the printer and offer to connect, if this happens simply select yes, and choose it, then the install program will detect it, and install any relevant software and connect, ensure you make that printer DEFAULT, and now whenever you want to print, this printer will be the one that prints the jobs.

HI there can you reset the copier and turn off for 10 minutes. THen again turn on and try to use. If you face the same problem then let me know.

I think I only have a suggestion that may solve the issue. Try assigning Static IP to the Printer. Also, updating the drivers may help.

You need to set an static IP on the printer first using the printer's control panel, then download the drivers below, add a new printer using TCP/IP with the printers IP, using the drivers downloaded should allow you to print.
