try following
- download the newest printer driver from http://www.copiers.toshiba.com/support/index.jsp
- uninstall current driver
- delete port if it is still present
- restart the machine
- start setup (choose XPS printer driver and PCL printer driver)
- setup should offer the machine with IP automatically, if not enter IP manually
- print test page
- it should be working if not let me know, write in comment what happened

1st You download Printer Driver. Toshiba Printer Driver After this install the Printer driver in the system.
Installation of Printer Driver

• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on it and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will be install.

Open printer properties and give test print, if you are not getting test printout, then you have to install proper printer driver.

Revert back for more assistance.
