The number 2 is showing up on your keyboard because you have the Num Lk (Number Lock) key on and you are probably hitting the FN key then the K key so the little number 2 that is on the K key appears as what is typed. for example: On my keyboard there is a Big Letter K key and also on that key is a small number 2 which is blue. In order for me to get the number 2 when I type I have to have the Num Lk key on and then I have to Press and Hold the blue FN function key on the lower left of my keyboard then hit the K key and the number 2 is what gets typed.

inter bios and click to deafult settings and solve the problem

1.) Try removing the CMOS battery & check
2.) Get the Bios flashed

The CMOS Battery thingy works most of the time.

If you are using windows you can press ctrl + alt + delete
twice at the login screen and it will give a login screen that looks a little different. Type in the username box administrator
and leave the password blank and hit ok/login.
This should get you to the point when you can then change your password, if you get in and change change your password post back and I will gladly assist you with doing that.

Formatting is always an option, but we consider that a last resort. (Plus, guess who’s going to have to help reinstall all the programs lost after a wipe?) But all hope is not lost. There are a few ways to actually retrieve a lost Windows account password. Read on, and we’ll show you the light.

1st Method:
The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your user account password then try this:
Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press <ctrl>+<alt>+<del> keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

2th Method:

Just take the laptop apart and install the new board. Be sure to remove components you need from the old board such as the cpu, memory, heat sink, etc if they are not on the new board. Also remember to apply a fresh coat of Thermal Paste around the cpu and heat sink.
