Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

There can be many ways to unlock your phone. If your contract period is complete you can ask your cellular operator for the unlock code. But, they do make it very difficult for you to get the code.

I used the vol increase
its not a big problem, brother uss wat u wann to do juss gooo to mobile menu see if there is a music player ? then play somthing then seee it will work .
or
secondly see the mode profile is it silent,meeting or wat if its in normal then i may work for the time of music please see that ..
else go in phone setting there will be a option of button is it enbaled or not

I have a LG phone model number Lo14001 with air
sir please call to the related simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unlock the cellphone...........
