The problem is from the flex of your phone.

The flex is the mechanism that controls the sliding of the phone, and it also carries information from the board to the screen.

Once the flex if faulty, there would be several kind of problems coming up on the screen.

Once the flex is fixed the phone will be in good condition again.

on the keypad there is a hangup button hold in that button and the phone should turn on just fine. If it does not turn on the my concern would be the battery at this time.

Go to messages, select new message then select input method to tap or t9. Alternatively when on new message mode just select the harsh button till the t9 comes on

hello, it is possible that your phone network service is bad or it could be that your sim card is bad..
try put the sim card in another phone, check if it will get service if it does, it means the sim is ok but if not, the sim is damaged.

but it after putting your sim in another phone and it picked service, that means your phone network is the problem..then you need to replace the phone or take it to phone engineers to see if it can be fixed.

menu > settings > security > change lock code > apply master code in place of lock code and press ok > enter new code what you want

try entering the last four digits of his phone number, the default locking code. If that doessnt work ... you could always try other common numbers to his life ... date of birth, house number ... his girlfriends phone number ...

bluetooth.....if you have bluetooth on your phone and on pc its easy......not all pc or laptops have bluetooth but you can buy a bluetooth adaptor cheap and plug it into the usb port on your pc
