Squeaky noise
You clean the printer by running cleaning pages. You can find "Cleaning Page" in your printers menus. As for the "squeaky noise", I have found it is the worst with "recycled" toner and toner kits. Finding the cause of the squeak is a very difficult thing to do. You will need to remove the front, back and sides of your printer and check all the nooks and crannies for the squeaky wheel. I have been able to remove the squeak by installing a manufacturer original toner. "Cleaning" the rollers usually has nothing to do with the squeak.
I have a clunking noise on a hp 5035 printer
its the drive gears. I've repaired a few of these, you have to take off the power supply, DC controller, main motor, and strip down the drive assembly to replace about 5 gears - total time to repair is about n hour if you know what you're doing. I wouldn't attempt it if you're not a copier tech.

We keep receiving a T.30 Protocol Trace Report
If this is printing out and consuming a lot of paper it can get annoying. This report is intended for a technician to trace problems with your machine. The report basically tells you that your fax attempt failed and gives all the technical settings. To the average user this is meaningless. The print feature for this is normally turned off, but I have seen a few cases where the default was set to print. Under the diagnostics menu, find the T-30 error setting and set it to never. Check the firware on your printer to make sure it is current. Print the configuration page and check the firmware version on the front page. The current version is 48.181.8. There are many modem fixes included with the firmware.
