1. Remove and Install the printhead two times before clossing the printer access door. Make sure that: *the metal contact of the printhead has scratch on it"The scratch is the proof that it's properly installed and has contact with the printer carraige."
**press firmly in the back center of the printhead until it clicks into place. 2. Close the printer access door wait until the printer is ready to use # If issue was not resolved contact Kodak AiO support @ 1 800 421 6699 for printhead replacement
Hi there
You can try cleaning the head out of the machine with head cleaning solution, but that might not completely sort the problem the only other altrnative is to replace the print head. All printers must be left on and not switched off otherwise ink from printing builds up in the channels within the head and dries therefore the next time you print you get errors. If you go to any office after they have gone home, or look on films you will notice the computers are off but all the printers are on standby therefore reducing/eliminating this issue. If you only use your printer now and again, invest in a colour Laser printer as these dont have this issue. Alternatively if you need an all in one get a brother as the head is far easier to sort out. Mike D
Depending on what software you are using , But easy way is to search by typing in SEARCH FILE BOX. start menu , File name you gave to scan Doc. or even date you scan it. then they will all be listed.
But usually they are placed in the software package your scanner using or pictures , or Document file.

You can try to remove the cartridges and place a few drops of aamonia where the ink transfers through the head.
Replace the cartridges and power off.
Let stand 30-45 minutes and restart with a cleaning.
Do not over saturate
Hello, First check to see that the power plug has power. If it does then make sure the power cord and seated correctly into the back of the printer. Reseat the power cord and try the power switch. If that doesn't work, will have too replace the power cord. If that doesn't fix will have to take in for repair or call kodak tech support with model and serial number and walk thru trouble shooting.
Make sure you have the kodak software installed and go to the "kodak AIO center" (download it if you don't have a disk) you should see an option to scan an image.
I have no solution..I am on this page looking for the same answer! Have been for 45 minutes, got the grey back off...no paper jam...now can't get it back on.
If you detect a burning smell, it's time to unplug the printer and replace it. Always unplug immediately whenever you have an electronic device with a burning smell as a matter of safety. As Kodak no longer makes inkjet printers, you will need to select another brand.Hope that helps,Bax
I had the same problem, but after pressing the OK button when the paper jam came up again I pressed the CANCEL button and was able to print my document. See if that works for you too.
