Hi,
This could be a setup issue or it could be a fault within the TV. Unfortunately your description does not contain enough information to determine which. It could also be a faulty remote control.
Please switch the TV off, remove all cables (make note of where they connect first!) and then unplug it for at least 5 minutes. Then re-connect the cables, switch the TV back on and then try the following tests.
1. Press the "POWER" (ON/OFF) button on the front of the TV. It's possible that the TV is in "Standby" mode and the remote isn't working.
2. Does the on-screen menu activate when you press the "MENU" (M) button on the RCA remote?
3. Does the on-screen menu activate when you press the "MENU" button on the front of the TV?
4. Do any of the buttons on the RCA remote or the front of the TV have any effect?
Finally try pressing the "INPUT" (IN) button repeatedly on either the remote or the front of the TV as you may have simply switched the TV to an external input mode, e.g VCR/DVD.
It will be much easier to solve this problem if you still have the RCA remote that was supplied with the TV. If you don't have it, please can you let me know which remote (brand and model number) you are using for the TV and whether you have been able to verify that whichever remote you are using is actually working.
If you can try these things and post back with the results, I will be able to assist you further.

BElectric

Yes i have a rca l32hd31 and i went to turn it on
I'm having double images with
You could try to go into the settings and use the "Image Cleaner" option. That's what we do with our tv. But i'm not sure if it will work with yours... (:
Will it fit a universal fit wall mount
Most of these will. You san see the screw mounts on the back of the set and compare them the wall mount spand holes. I have mounted 19" RCA LCD Panels so I have got to believe this 32" should be able to mount on most universal wall mounts.
I hope this helps,

How can i change the inputs on the tv?
If you have the remote, there should be an input or source button it? Also, check the buttons on the TV for an input/source button. If there isn't one on the TV buttons, try cycling through the channels, some TV's have the inputs change with the channel buttons too, once cycled down through the channels, it will go through the inputs before starting over.

No,by replacing the LCD screen panel, will cost the same as a new tv.Because u will not able to buy the LCD screen panel anywhere else, but by the tvs corporations themselves.Tv LCD or any picture screens for that matter are in limited in productions.Sorry ur tv now, dosen't worth as a whole tv anymore. Now,it only worth as a salvages tv for it electronic boards for spare parts, that it.
I have an L32HD31 TV
Check all your input cables. If RF coax, make sure they are just beyond hand tight. If RCA, twist each a few times to burnish (clean) connections. This is especially true if you are doing Component viodeo (Red, Green & Blue).
I've had a rca model
Sounds like the power supply has filtering issues, in other words bad capacitors. its best to have a tv shop take a look at it. they shouldn't charge you. good luck
