The shift (push) bar on
This MAY be due to stiction rather than a broken spring. Try lubricating with CRC226... use only this product and sparingly. You can get it at Home Depot in the electrical dept.

I have the 64 Chromatic
Try lubing with a little CRC 226 which is available at Home Depot in the electrical dept in a blue can. Use only this product as there are othe CRC products there. Tis is a water displacer and a very thin lubricant. Put some on the slide and work it gently. When you get it free, keep it free with just a tiny bit of the 226 once in a while.

E note and e Sharp on a Super 64 Chromatic sticks.
You MIGHT try spraying a bit of CRC226 on it. This is available at Home Depot in the electrical department in a spray can fpor about $2.70. This is a VERY light silicone and displaces water. The product is also good to free up rusted pliiers and also good for electrical contacts and noisy volume control pots.

Can't get screws unscrewed in a marine band model
If they don't have a slot or Phillips or a Torx indent in the head, they
may be "drive screws". A drive screw has a smooth barrel for a part of the length and then some very fast splines. These are forced into holes usually in soft materials such as wood and plastics.
Here is an example:

IF this is what they are, the way to remove is to use a flush cutting diagonal cutters to get under the head and then rotating until the screw is out.
When re-installing try to line up with the original spline and squeeze into place by pressing into the hole.

Recently I bought 12 hole Hohner chromatic. First
I would be tempted to try spraying CRC226 into the harmonica. It is available at Home Depot in the electrical department, usually near the electrical tape in a blue can about $2.70. It is plastic safe and is a water displacer and a very LIGHT lubricator. If there is crud in there it may dislodge it. It also is good at preventing rust and freeing rusty pliers, etc.

Hohner 12 hole Chromatic, Super Chromonica. A # is " flat."
You can take it apart by removing the two screws, see if any of the reels seem blocked or obstructed by dirt, bits of dust, oxydation (greenish crystalline stuff) or similar, try to remove the stuff that seems to obstruct the reel with a medium hardness paintbrush (you might want to use some alcohol), but be very careful not to permanently bend or otherwise damage the reels, it will ruin the sound of the harmonica.
