Nintendo Wii Fit for Wii - Page 3 Questions & Answers
My friend made a password
Hi,
Basically, you can try guessing(4 foot one...4 foot two...etc) until you get the right one. Sooner or later you should get the right height. Alternatively, you can delete all the profiles and restart the Wii Fit right from the beginning again by erasing the Wii Fit memory save on your console.
If
you say "Yes" and it will ask you for height as a confirmation, so
since your grandson can not remember, you'll have to systematically
guess (4 foot one...4 foot two...etc...) and hopefully you will be lucky
and hit the right height sooner then later and should be able to then
enter the profile and delete it.:)
If that is what you decide to do, then click on the "Wii" icon on the lower left-hand of the menu screen.
Then "Data Management", under "Save Data" you will find the "Wii" memory saves and Wii Fit.

Always asking to remove your feet on board even
Have you tried changing batteries for new ones and resyncing the board?
If this still does not work, you have 2 options left:
1) Bring it back to the store where you bought it, if under warranty, and get reimbursed or have it exchanged for a new one.
or you may...
2) Call Nintendo's customer service. They're the best. They will walk you through a solution in no time. Make sure you make them understand that you are not satisfied at all with this nintendo produt, sometimes it works in getting repairs for free (if warranty is over). :) Call them today, you will not be deceived: 1-800-255-3700
Always asking to remove ur feet on board even
Here are a few things to try:
1) change the batteries. Weak batteries can cause unusual behavior.
2) make sure the board is on a stable and flat surface.
3) reset the connection to the Wii (using the buttons under the battery cover on the board and under the card slot cover on the Wii)
Let me know if these don't work.
My wii fit board power button not staying on just
I had the same issue with my wii board; I tried to resynch the board and it did not work. I then decided to put in new batteries and resynch again and now it works. Even if you don't think your batteries are that old try to resynch it with new batteries in the wii board, in case the batteries that you are currently using my not be producing enough power.
My balance board keeps telling
The sensors need to be reseated.
- Take the batteries out.
- Take out the screws from each foot in every corner of the board using a Philips screwdriver. Remove the back cover.
- The sensors are located on each corner, it is a metal plate. Loosen the screws using TORX screwdriver.
- Re seat the small metal plates by putting it back. Don't screw too tight.
- Put the cover back and foot on. Put the batteries back in.
We have done the checking
You could try these:
- Turn it off and then try again without stepping on it before it asks you to.
- Try reconnecting all the remotes.
- If you have the board sitting on a thick carpet or something it might cause problems. Try using a hard surface.
- Try getting the batteries out and then put them back in.
- Try using another game for the Wii board. If it works it's not a hardware problem and you need to get another Wii fit disc.
- There also seems to be an issue with rechargeable batteries (the constant charge may be damaging the unit). What you have to do is get a new board from the store you bought it and use AA cells, otherwise the new one might stop working also.
If none of these work your wii board might be faulty (damaged pressure sensors) and you would have to return it and get another one or a refund on your money.
Hope this helps!
Wii board does not show
The Wii balance board isn't known for being hugely accurate, I wouldn't pay too much attention to what it says your weight is.
My nintendo wii keeps telling
Unplug everything and make sure all wires are in-tact.
Re plug everything in securely.
If that doesn't work you have a short in your wiring and you need a new cable.

Hi,
If you try several times without success, it should prompt you and ask, if you are that person, click Yes then it should ask for the height and if you can enter the height, you will gain access.
If you can't get the height right, you may want to contact Nintendo as they may have a Master unlock key you can use in cases like this.
Nintendo support click hereYou should be able to get the height by guessing!

sounds like there may be a problem with the boards sensors it thinks you are on it all the time therefore not stepping check to see if it is stuck down.
Hi, I have just bought
It looks like there is something wrong with the board. Try one of the following:
1. Power off the board and power back on.
2. Step on and Off from the board.
If this doesn't do anything, try this:
1. Power off Board
2. Power off the Wii and remove the main plug.
3. Put all on back after a minute or so and see if it does the same thing.
If it does the same thing, then I suggest you consult or return the Board to where you buy it from.
Hope this helps.
