My computer is not detecting the connection of my camera
Hello, I suggest you purchase a "card reader" that can be used to transfer the images. This is a less expensive solution since the repair would cost over $100.00
Card readers can be purchased at Best Buy, Walmat etc.

Wrong battery charger in box
Radio Shack
I have a Xacti HD2000 and it shipped with a Sanyo VAR-G9 adaptor. The RadioShack replacement is a P/N 273-1696.
There is a switch that must be set to +5V on the unit, and you need to match the assorted tips that come with the unit to the one you need for your camera. On my HD2000, the "+" side is on the tip, but this is on an image on the back of the AC adaptor
Look for a diagram on the back of the adaptor you have.
There will be two diamond boxes one on the left with a '-' and one on the right with a "+" and the diamonds will be connected to semi circles. The inside semicircle is the "Tip".
In my case (Sanyo Xacti HD2000)the "+" is connected to the dot in the center, so I have to align the "+" symbol with the word "tip" on the end of the Radio Shack cable.
(If this gets plugged in backwards... you can fry the camera).
Hopefully someone at Radio Shack can help you set this up properly. That way you don't have to mail-order and wait long.
Can not connect camera on to computor
I would make sure I had enough system resources to run the program check to make sure you aren't having a problem with the driver for the camera software it may need updating in order to properly work. you can uninstall the provided software and reinstall it. Also try connecting the camera before you turn on computer (NHW) should recognize and notify you that new hardware has been found have your disk ready and let your new hardware wizard guide you through the rest of setup. you can always ask me to further assist you good luck and much success.
BLACK SPOT ON LCD DISPLAY
At this point in the game it is too late you have to change your display screen it is either heat or water damaged or there could have been a strike or blow to the actual display screen damaging it. The display can be repaired through very technical procedures that most people cant locate the proper tools or perform the tedious task as a tech I feel It is always easier, cheaper to replace lcd screens rather than trying to locate a facility that can perform your request and do it in a costly manner you can do this yourself with a little patience just remember the process you used to take the unit apart and solder you joints or connecting wires. I'll be happy to walk you through it just ask

The strap is a small peace that comes with the camera; there is a hole at one end of the camera and you slide throw the strap cable side and almost knot it round.
Easily done;
Thanks.
Need manual for sanyo vpc-t1060
You need a manual for the VPC T1060? This must be a camera no longer supported by Sanyo. I went to the website to get your manual, and I can't find it listed anywhere. You posted this question under the VPC T700 catagory. Is that the model you meant to get? If so, the link for the manual is here.

Computer will not recognize memory card
Check two things and let me know how it goes.
1) Are you putting the SD card from your camera into a slot on your laptop, or pc? Or are you putting it into a card reader?
2) Are you sure the switch on your card is in the unlocked position? Let me know if any of these doesn't work.

When i go to charge
hi the best thing you can do is try ebay for a new battery and if that one charges then you know its the battery and ebay are always very reasonably priced
My camera is taken burry photo
in the camera there is lens which should be clean and clear .if any dust on that camera or the lens is cracked or faulty this same problem happens.just check out either cleaning or replacement of lens will solve the problem.
I downloaded the PC-Cam Driver
when you reboot the machine or turn it on for the first time you should start hitting F8, until you get boot options. Safemode then uninstall, but you say you can't do this, so good luck reformatting. If you can ever get into windows system restore to before the software was installed.
