Have you tried Calibrating your screen?
. There are 2 ways to get to the calibration screen. Please use the stylus to calibrate!
The fastest way is to be on the slide-lock screen & hold the side volume button in the Up position until
"Press volume down key to check" comes up onscreen. This may or may not work on all firmware versions
on the current i9, but works on most. Make sure to hold the button firmly in the Up position. You will first
see the normal volume speaker icon show onscreen and the volume rise, but just keep holding it Up, and
eventually you should see the pop-up box noted earlier. The moment you see that pop up onscreen,
immediately press the side volume button in the down position. A white calibration screen should now
show & you can calibrate the touch screen using the stylus. Try to tap as close to the center of the little
pulsating icons as possible, as this will more accurately calibrate your touch screen. If the calibration
screen didn't come up using that method, then you can get to it from the Main menu screen.
Select "Settings", then select "Pen calibration", & follow the previous instruction.

This is a common issue which you should be able to correct by using one or more of the following methods;
1.) Change the E-Book reader option from the Main menu => Tools => E-Book reader => Options => Global settings => Encoding, change to "UCS2 (Unicode)"
2.) Globally set the phone to English by opening up the dialing pad and entering *#0044# and then press the call button.

The reason your phones touch screen is not working is simply because there is a problem with the flexi of the phone.

If the screen is not damaged in any way, then the assumption of it being the screen is absolutely correct.

To fix the flexi of the phone;

1. Get the appropriate screwdriver,
2. remove the battery, the battery cover, and your sim,
3. Turn the back of the phone,
4. you will see five rubbers,
5. pick them off with a pincher,you will see screws under them, unscrew the phone,
6. Get a credit card and slip it through the line around the phone then apply a little force in separating them apart,
7. you will see the panel of the phone, carefully lift it up,
8. you will see a flexi that runs through the screen to the panel, carefully detach the flexi from the panel,
9. unscrew the screen of the phone, remove the flexi connected to the screen also and replace it.
10. Reverse the process to reassemble the phone.

Sir kindly explain what your problem is ? Please reset your mobile to factory setting if you have slow working . The chinese mobile os slows down with more amount of data put into the phone memory aswell as memory card . so Please leave a 20 % empty space on both and try the same . Else please flash the system by the vendor and enjoy . Thankyou

go to customer care n ask him for internet , mms ,gprs setting...

unsupported scripts means that the file you are trying to open is not compatible with your phone. what type of attached files are you trying to open in your email by the way?

I wouldn't buy any chinese phones, they are all made lowcost as possible, so they are not too durable. Altought, they are cheap, I wouldn't recoment any more expensivier chinese electronics. Just save up some more money, and buy brande phone.
And also, when something broke, you must send it to China for your own expenses. So, I do NOT recomment tobuying phone from China.

may be its not compatible in your unit,.. call your local operator to open your gprs..

when i put my 3g sim in the iphone it still comes up as insert sim

When you first get it or if you change it to factory settings it will do this until you change the pen calibration. Just keep working at it its just not very sensitive till you do that. I had the same problem but was able to get it so just keep working at it.

my gee pee 1460 was lock, plz sombody help me to unlock my phone

THIS WORKED FOR US: Hold down the power button until you see the "CANCEL" icon; tap around the screen until the "CANCEL" button turns blue - this will take you back to the slide feature. MAKE NOTE OF WHERE THIS SPOT IS ON THE SCREEN. Repeat the "cancel-screentap" process to find a 2nd spot in another area of the screen. While on the "slide" screen, draw a line between the 2 spots; when you return again to the "slide" screen, the "slide" should work.

ONCE YOU HAVE OPENED THE PHONE do 2 things:

1. RECALIBRATE the screen
2. LENGTHEN the screen saver time-out to something other than the shortest time available.

let me give u an example, if you have an nokia by sending a message to your service provider(vodafone..,.) you will get gprs setting and you can use internet from then but,
in case of china mobile it is not the case, you cant send any msg from ur mobile(as u do in case of branded mobiles) so, you have to got nearest centre of service provider(vodafone mobile store, if vodafone) and they will make some settings in your phone , immedately they will activate gprs on your phone(otherwise ask them to activate gprs then and there itself)

then you will be able to surf internet on your mobile .........
