u can reset factory setting and format the phone

hi..I have i9+++ and had the same problem..I understand this phone is same set up as nokia 2610 and what I done was go online to tmobile (who I am with) and go to help and support and ask for help in phone settings to go on line..I put in my phone as nokia 2610 and put in my phone number and I had a message with all the settings sent to my phone and it done all the work and changed all the settings. you need to but a micro sd card (the bigger the better) format it and put it in your sciphone. then goto FILE then memory card and create folders ie mp3....video....games..... ebook. then remove your micro card and put it in your computer and transfer your media that way....gary

put sim card back into #2..switch sim #2 by itself...now call the Lebera carrier from a land phone (the tech will help you reset the lebara sim card)..once you are back on with lebara switch back to dual sim.........

hook it up to pc...open it up (make sure setting are switch from storage / data) and look under hidden files...find the correct file to delete

its not the same cell but the settings are very much the same

go to call center/ more/ auto end ...switch this to off

you don't need to worry yourself on this it simple problem.

please, go to your menu and go to media. scroll down to voice recorder and select it.say some ways in it and select it, it will record your voice.
if you want to listen to way you record, go to option and go to play last recorded. if you hear your voice it means it is a network problem and you have to contact your service provider but if you can not hear your voice, it means it is a mouth piece problem {the mouth is part that allow people to hear you when you talk on phone.

to fix this problem, get a screw driver, loose the screw and remove the mouth piece. clean the panel where the mouthpiece sit on with a methylated and brush. expose the place to heat for 15-30 minute.
replace the mouth piece to the panel and make it sit well on the panel. cover the phone and screw it.

in some case, the mouth piece will have wire which has cut off from the panel,all need is to get a soldering iron and join the mouth piece to the panel.

if the phone is still not working, then, you change the mouth piece and replace it with another.

Hi, you have a problem with your mouth piece. The mouth piece is bad and it needs to be replaced.

your built in storage is probally full...you can get and insert a external sdmicro hd (2 - 4 gb)
