okay there sounds like there either water somewhere or condensation ?place the whole scooter in a warm room next to a radiator, not too close but close enough so it gets the warmth leave it like this to dry out, this has worked for me, water causing a short either under the tiller panel or where the controller is situated.regards

Hi try tightening the axle nuts if the nuts become a bit loose it can cause a rubbing clicking sound try this & c if it fixes you're problem...good luck

Almost certainly a dodgy button caused by humidity or just heavy use - you can find them under scooter parts on ebay.co.uk or ebay.com

It seems that something isnt properly seated. Dismantle it and put it together (mantle it?!) very positively this time, make sure the freewheel latch is fully home.

Hi 5 bleeps is a brake issue , it's either the micro-switch or the connection to the brake from the connectors that are located from the frame to the rear sub frame.. I can get these parts for you cheap.. Regards Rob www.gewizrepairs.co.uk

Check the charger's voltage to see if it's working.

Look at the freewheel lever on the rear of the scooter. Make absolutely sure it is not in the disengaged position.

Hi you need to check the switch located on the brake , this can stick fooling the controller into thinking the lever is in free-wheel when in fact it's in drive mode... press the little switch in after spraying with WD40 or any contact cleaner...repeat this to make sure the little switch is releasing fully. you could rewire it so that it bypasses the speed controller, so its direct current flowing from the battery to the motor, but first check the voltage of the battery's and the motors

Three things you might try: 1. Make sure the charging cable is not plugged into the battery pack. 2. Make sure the transaxle is engaged. Try changing the position of the manual freewheel lever. 3. The "horn" also gives diagnostic codes. See if there is a repeating pattern to the beeps and compare them to the code chart.

Its quite common for Pride scooters to be assembled using little or no grease on the rear axle. If the noise is like a stone stuck in the tyre, its probably a 'Dry Axle' as mentioned above. Try just removing the rear wheel(s) and greasing the axle. This normally cures the problem. When removing the wheel, be careful not to lose the hub key which slots into the axle and wheel to stop the wheel spinning freely on the axle. Hope this helps.
