Reebok heart rate monitor won't work after new battery.
I contacted SportBeat Inc. with the same problems you reported. I sent back the old watch with a $20 check to have them replace the "module". (This is what they told me over the phone to do.) They sent back a brand new watch in less than a week, and returned my check! (Maybe I was still under warranty?) Anyway, their phone number and address are on the back of the manual. They were very responsive to phone calls and emails. Good luck!

Setting time
To get the manual from the Reebok site, you need to know the model number (not 10M). The Reebok site says you can look on your user manual for this ?!?. If I had my user manual, why would I be online looking to download a user manual?
Anyway, there is another response below that answered my question.....
You have to hold down the mode button until the time starts flashing, hit the mode button again to get hours. Adjust with the stop/start button.
Hope that helps...
Setting the time
It took us 2 days, but my husband and I finally figured this out.
Press and HOLD the Mode button until the time display starts to flash. Press the mode button again until the hours are flashing.
Use the Stop/Start and Reset buttons to move the time up or down.
Press the mode button again until everything stops flashing.
