I contacted SportBeat Inc. with the same problems you reported. I sent back the old watch with a $20 check to have them replace the "module". (This is what they told me over the phone to do.) They sent back a brand new watch in less than a week, and returned my check! (Maybe I was still under warranty?) Anyway, their phone number and address are on the back of the manual. They were very responsive to phone calls and emails. Good luck! Sport Beat Inc. 45 Jefryn Blvd. Deer Park, NY 11729 1-888-760-3059
To get the manual from the Reebok site, you need to know the model number (not 10M). The Reebok site says you can look on your user manual for this ?!?. If I had my user manual, why would I be online looking to download a user manual?
Anyway, there is another response below that answered my question.....
You have to hold down the mode button until the time starts flashing, hit the mode button again to get hours. Adjust with the stop/start button.
E2 Error usually indicates that the treadmill is overloaded and applies to various models like TR150, TRX1000 and TR 200. To fix this problem, check if your treadmill motor is overheating. Signs of an overheated motor include; grinding noise, motor produces a burning smell and inconsistent operation speeds.
f the E13 error code is still showing after restarting your treadmill, check to ensure that the wiring between the AC motor drive and motor cables is securely connected. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables.
