I have a 465 sound Tone Bank Casio piano that was dropped and now it doesn't work. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Only new models will work with MAC. Older models work only on PCs. But there mmay be 3rd party drivers for the MAC. I found one for my WK8000 by searching using Google.

If your computer has a SD card reader, you can use a 2GB or smaller SD card. Format the SD card using the CTK4000. Drop tje music into "MUSICDAT" folder. If you connect to PC using a USB cable, you need to download DATA MANAGER from Casio website. DATA MANAGER allows you to copy files from computer to keyboard.

Get a supported SD card. 1GB is supported by most Casio Keyboard. You need to format the SD card in the Casio Keyboard. Midi files must be located within folder called "MUSICDAT". Some models only support "type 0" midi files.
