yes you have exceeded the duty cycle of the machine, this is a percentage of the continuous weld time

it will usually shut itself off for a while

check voltage going to the fan motor - no volts check power relay or source. also check for volts on the motor name plate and polarity if it has any.no volts means something is not feeding. volts present could mean bad motor.

Are you using a wire feeder and if so what kind and model?

You lost the voltage control. Sounds like the Digital meter board or the Transducer is bad.

1. Make sure your drive rolls are the right size, clean and tight. 2. Replace the liner in your mig gun or check end of gun for debris or ****.

Replace the Digital Meter board in the front panel.

Replace the digital meter board, its function is to also control the voltage to the unit and read the amps.

Turn the heat higher and the wire speed lower and you will get better welds...
try to turn the heat up first....

If everything works but there is no arc; you should check your ground clamp, make sure it is not loose or dirty including terminals and replace your gun's contact tip.
