LG front load washer -- water leaks
First, clean off the bottom of the door glass where it contacts the gray tub gasket when the door closes. Any hair or other build up can result in leakage. Second, if that does not completely solve your leak, you can move the location of the spring which holds the tub gasket from the very bottom (6 O'clock position) to the hinge area (9 O'clock position). Third: Sometimes, the reason you get a leak is due to the installation. If the washer was pushed into place by applying pressure in the center front of the washer, the outer front panel can be slightly deformed (inwerd) resulting in leakage from the door. If that is the case, sometimes you can remove the outer clamp and outer part of the gray seal and pull out on the front panel to correct the situation if it is not too severe, rather than replacing the entire front panel.

Rubber lining all 'twisted'? on front loading LG
Sounds like the suspension spring or springs have become detached, or the suspension legs have become dislodged.
Redmove the top to check for detached spring, if o/k, then check underneath the washer, and see if the suspensions are o/k.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.,

the spin tub
or the entire tub itself?
if its the spin tub inside, it would be caused by serious issues
the whole tub is just a replacement of the suspention. access is through the rear.

Cannot start. The pullcord will not move
If it wont pull you probably have ceased the piston in some way. You can get access to the piston by removing the exhaust baffle. Or disassembling the entire saw.
Try putting a screw driver in where the exhaust and trying to move the piston just a little bit, back and forth. Once thats done, use a heavier gas / oil mixture.

Le error code on my LG washer.
On LG Washers the code LE is for motor overload protection.
Ensure that you are not overloading washer, make sure to clean pump by draining at little door at lower left corner(check manual for instructions), unplug for 30 minutes to reset, now try running cycle again. if it fails again something else is causing the motor to work to hard and will require a professional.

We get a de code
A "DE" is a drain error, but a "dE" is a door error. If it was in storage, I'd look for damaged wire(s) to the door lock switch caused by a mouse. It is less likely that the door latch itself needs replacing.

What is an OE error
I would guess that the impeller has come off the pump motor shaft. You can disassemble and push it back on, but it will come off again. I don't know if some type of adhesive would work, but I just replace the pump motor.
Drain water from small drain hose (or by removing filter) Remove the screw in the plastic recess by the filter, then use a putty knife on the left or right side to pop out the recess. Remove two more screws holding pump body to front frame of washer. Pull washer about 18 inches away from wall and tilt it back to lean against wall. You can reach through the large hole in the bottom of the washer base to access the pump. There is a plastic locking tab holding the pump body to the plastic washer base, but don't worry if you break that, as the screws (removed earlier) will hold the pump back on just fine. Pump motor is held onto pump body with three more screws. Replace pump motor with a new one and reassemble. On a difficulty scale of 1 -10, this one might rate a 5.5 or a 6.

Machine will not discharge water
Any error codes? Pumps out OK?
Sounds to me as if the cold water inlet screen is plugged up, preventing rinse water from entering machine. Turn off the cold water to the machine and remove the cold water supply hose. Check the screen inside where the hose came off the machine. Run some water out the hose into the drain or a bucket before reconnecting to machine. Let me know if you still have problems.

Cold water Washes
It is normal for the machine to cycle between hot and cold water when
filling even if selecting a cold cycle. The reason for this is because
even a cold cycle requires the water temperature to be 78F for the soap
to break up efficiently.
During the cold months the water in
your pipes is probably less than 78F so the machine will need to add
some hot water to bring it up to this temperature. Basically, it is
adding cold and then hot water to maintain a temperature in the tub of
78F for cold water cycles.
Hope this helps, please rate my solution.

LG front load washer spinsense buttom does not come on
I have the LG WM3988HWA, which is a washer and dryer in one. The way it works on ours is that you press and hold the Spinsense button for 3 seconds before you start a wash, or while a wash is paused. When Spinsense is on, the LCD will say "Spinsense" on the right-hand side when the machine is running. Nothing happens with the light on the Spinsense button.
Spinsense makes a huge difference as the machine is on the second floor of our old wooden house. I don't even notice the spin cycle with Spinsense on.
Problems:
1. We need to turn it on for every load. This is just annoying.
2. Spinsense will not turn on when you've the Dryer option activated. This means we have to do two trips to the machine for each load, or have our house feel like it's shaking to pieces. There's no good reason that the Spinsense/Dryer shouldn't work.

It STINKS and MOLDS!!!
There is nothing you can do about this, for this is a design flaw. You can however get an LG replacement for such models at any washer spares store, but make sure it is the new design which does not trap muck.

Lg 1832cw
Mike, you don't need to yse any glue cause it is a press fit bearing. I had to do the same thing. I was able to go to my local bearing supply for replacements. And it was much cheaper that going to an online place to buy them. It pay s to search.

LG WM1832CW water leaking
your valve is not closing or your cycle isn't reading correctly. there should have been a diagnostic read process that should have came with the machine. if not you may have to end up buying a new drian assembly

LG wm -1832c front loader making noise
when you take the panels off you will see that the barrel is suspended by springs on top and fake struts on the bottom. be careful when removing the panels. if the barrel is leaning forward it's the front struts, if it's tilting upward it's the rear. and be careful how much you load in a front loader

How do I make my WM 1832 CW washer ready to move?
It is best to re-install the four shipping bolts in the back of the machine during the move. If you don't have them, contact a dealer. Please don't rate, as anything but a Fix-Ya lowers my score. Thanks.
