you can remoave teh lid by taking the two screws out of the back and slide the lid off.check the two springs that hold the drum up in place,if the mounting brackets and springs are not broken then it should be able to get put back in place then remove the rear panel and look at the shocks.
If they are separated then you can remove one of the mounting pins.and put them back together. if the unit is still under warranty then you might set it up for a service call.so long as the rubber boot is not torn and you are able to remoun the drum then if should be fine to operate the unit,but you have to look at what might have caused the units drum to drop usually by over loading the unit.

remove the rear panel and check the thermal fuse. This fuse does have a tendency to blow.

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.

Hi,
A DE Error Code is indicative of a “Door Error”. This indicates that the washing machine door is not shutting, locking or opening

If happening in mid cycle power of the unit and remove the power cord and wait for 5 mins.Then plug it. Check whether the door opens if not you require the service people


Check anything is caught on the washer door.

If you passed it they door may not open if the inside water is warm.It is a safety feature.It unlock after sometime

Try using bleach with hot water, run a cycle with hot water and bleach. Or spray bleach +water mixture on the seal. Run a cleaning cycle with hot water and bleach or vinegar at least once a month to reduce the growth of mold in other parts of the washer. If the growth is very high then try and leave the door open for 4-5 hours and let it dry and then spray the bleach+water (3:1) mixture on the seal. Let it dry for another 2-3 hours. You may need to change the seal in case of extreme growth of mold. Hope this helps...

most likely a defective motor hall sensor. 1st try unplugging power cord. it may reset.

This washing machine is very sensitive to medium to large loads. Try doing a smaller load to see if the error code pops up. UE stans for unmalanced load. Good luck!

You can move your washer without your shipping pins. Those are for shipping long distances from where they are made!

THAT MEANS ONE THING. REMOVE IT AND RUN IT IN WARM WATER, CLEAN IT OF ALL SOAP FILM AND ETC. ON THE SLOT FOR THE BLEACH AND FABRIC SOFTENER, FILL WITH WATER TO THE MAX LINE, LET IT SETTLE, THEN ADD WATER TO IT AGAIN AND SEE IF IT FLOWS THROUGH DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DISPENSER.

If you can remove the top cover, then all you need to do fit some polystyrene packing or the like inside the cabinet to stop the drum from moving about, and this should do the trick.

You're probably correct...Get quotes to replace seal, bearings and probably the pulley shaft as well, because the shaft may be grooved and the seals may not last......Good luck...Nomess
