I'm using LG Fuzzy logic 6.5kg WF-S6607TC.
After the water reach the level, machine start to spin for a few seconds and then stop.I can hear the peeping alarm and both wash & spin indicators are blinking. What is the problem?
Check the lid cover. At the edge, there is a plastic housing some sort of a magnet. This is the magnetic sensor for lid cover open protection.
If the magnet is not there, place a magnet at the position on the washer where the housing will come in contact with the washer when lid is close.

I have a 6 year old LG WFT851 Top Load Washing Machine. Each time I wash there are a lot of dirt flakes that are left on the clothes and also in the tub. I have cleaned the filters but it still happens each wash. Does any one know what is causing this and how I can stop it from happening.
try putting some milton or baby bleach into the machine with the hottest possible wash with no clothes with the highest water level

What is sensor magnet in LG 6.5 kg washing machine? Recently I got a dE error and when technicians attended, they said, there was problem to closing door lid. To resolve this, technician replaced sensor magnet (as shown to me .. it was rectangular tiny coated magnet which got broke due to rust that was attached to door lid) and charged me Rs. 375 saying sensor magnet. I am shocked and need to find whether it is really sensor magnet or technicians fooled me charging so high for a tiny magnet? Please reply....
The machine has a small magnet on the front of the lid. There is a sensor (Hall Effect probably) in the electronics block that senses if the magnet is there (lid closed) or not there (lid open). They aren't that well attached and seem to fall off and wind up in the wash, which means they get lost when the washing is being hung out.
The machine will not start without the lid closed you get a dE error code which means the lid is not shut. You can trick it temporarily by putting a small round magnet inside the front housing if you don't have a proper replacement, as the real one needs to be quite strong. Not sure what they cost, my husband just did the 'trick' to our daughters machine, but a small button magnet wasn't strong enough to trip the sensor from the lid position, he had to stick it right next to the sensor.
Shouldn't be that dear, you can buy blocks of very powerful neodymium magnets in varying sizes for under ten dollars.

I need to replace the Hot Water Inlet Valve on my WF-T753A washing machine.
Does anybody know where I can get a Service Manual for it or one for a similarly constructed model?
Thanks
Gary
Just found this whilst looking for known issues with my machine as the cold water won't stop when filling.

My LG WF-T8016TP washing machine will not turn on. No lights on the control panel. HELP
Well I found the problem - fuse had blown.
There is a circuit diagram on the back of the washer that allowed me to locate the fuse. Take off the rear top plastic panel (behind the folding lid) by removing the two screws on the back. Inside close to the power cord you will find a fuse holder and an in-line ceramic fuse, 125V 12A. I checked mine for continuity and it had blown (as to why, I don't know yet - maybe the motor drew too much current with a large wash load?) - anyways, I replaced the fuse and everything works now!

My washing machine LG Turbo Drum 8 kg has this error code - dE :'no drain' on the last 30 mins during the waching cycle. I have check the draninage hose, no blockage. I need to open the cover and re-continue the process by click the start button. What is the possible problem and what should I do next? Thanks a lot.
My LG has a magnet on the lip of the door flap. This magnet sits behind a flimsy little plastic clip that is bound to break off after a while. Look for the magnet inside your drum - it will stick to the walls of the drum. Stick it back on with masking tape or glue. Simple cure for a sloppy design!

I have very old top load (4.2kg load) LG washing machine. The bottom Left-side front part of the cover is rusty causing it to become imbalance. I think I need to throw the casing and install a rack to support the machine. I never open up a washer before, so I wish there are pictures showing step by step instruction. Any website?
get the full model and s/n from machine and search on that also try LG...the search may take you there anyway
