easy first unplug unit..take back remove phillips head screws...now the pump drain hose is the other side of the filter in front just take a pliers remove clamp,,replace hose..close unit plug back in

If the washer is overflowing the pressure switch might be defective. The pressure switch is attached to a small tube which is attached to the outer wash tub. As the water level rises the air pressure in the tube increases, once the set water level is reached the pressure switch turns off power to the water inlet valve. Check to be sure the air tube to the pressure switch is clear before replacing the switch. If the pressure switch is fine, check the water inlet valve for continuity on the solenoid coil by removing the top cover of the machine.

Screws for the lid are at the back, normally only two. Then push lid towards the front to release lid from the two clips. assess...ame

have you tried both the cold and hot?hot only has one solenoid while the cold has three.just because it is a new part dose not mean it is not mean it is a good part.try this,turn off the cold and hot water,remove the cold hose from the washer and put it in a bucket and turn it on at the hose bib.if you do not get water,you may have a screen in the hose bib end of the hose.if no screen on that end you may have a metal fitting rusted up just under the hose bib.check the hot side also.hope this helps,if not repost and i will try to dig deeper.thanks

there is a small pipe that runs from the drum buttom to the diafragma sensor water level (it's a round thing 5" at the highst point in the machin) this item close a sircet and close the water inlet. please chace for cracks or blocks in this pipe all rhe best

the first thing i would try is to loosen the hing screws couple of turns,push in on the bottom hinge and tighten screws.

check also the drain pump for obstruction inside.

You replace the whole drain pump. Pretty easy to do from the opening in the bottom by resting the unit on its back. (Make sure you drain the unit completely) You should be able to get the drain pump (pt #4681EA2001D) from http://www.encompassparts.com/lgconsumer/ for less than $50 + s&h.
