I think your phone is not ringing and is probably in silent mode and that is why the call goes to the voice mail. Make sure your phone is not in silent mode.If not, then try the following:

Please sir go to setting> profile setting> Ring type or melody type and set it to viberation and melody option. your problem is solved.

It means one of the volume switch is stack that's why you can' enter any key on your keypad aside from the volume key that hangs up,you can fix this problem by dismantling the phone and remove one of the volume key that appear on the screen,if this key is a switch type,just remove it using a soldering iron and unlead the metal part which they are attach or connected on the board,but if this key are membrane type,you can remove the metal membrane,clean it,maybe corroded and put it back,also check button key of the volume,might the stand that trigger the keypad membrane is broken that's why it stacks.it's better to remove it,now assemble the phone and test if it's. Working then.

HI, when a phone does not receive or make calls, Issues like this are mainly from the cell phone and from the Sim card..

When the settings on the cell phone has been tampered and settings have been changed,it might make the cell phone unable to call or receive calls..You need to check if the settings have been changed...

You can check if the call is on call barring. Call barring when it's activated, it can make incoming call and outgoing calls not got through

Also the problem can be from the service network provider...When network service malfunctions, it might disturb out going and incoming calls..

So check the settings from the phone,and make sure all settings are right..before you contact the network provider for help..

When trying to activate the contact list, Phone contact are stored in two places in phone..

On the Sim card, and the other on the phone...

When you save the contact on the Sim card and you activate the contact list to view only Sim contact, You might not be able to access contacts on the Phone memory..

You will need to activate both the Phone contact list and the Sim card for you to be able to access the contact list...

Just follow the steps
Take a full backup.

First Try it:
You may try default phone and security code to remove it
Defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 you can use it

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
If
Soft reset( factory setting)

On Sybmian phones:
*#7780# - Restore factory settings
*#7370# - Reformat your phone (back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!)

Hard reset
Back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!

Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold three keys at a time;it is called "3 finger reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you see formatting.

If you dont understand, again follow the step.
You will use three finger for pres three keys ."green phone"+ "3" +star( *) and pres the power on switch.

All switch will be pressed at a time.

Soon an formatting text, will appear ,then stop pressing those switch,

Remember.
2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory stetting.
