Have you contacted your service provider since switching to this phone? Sometimes when switching to different type of phone you're still getting updates for your old phone instead of new phone. This problem can usually be fixed by simply calling your service provider and having them change your profile to suit your new phone and then you will get updates compatible with that phone.
