Not to worry. Just call the service provider of your LG Rumor, explain that you forgot your voicemail password, and they will give you a temporary password, once they confirm you are who you, general security procedure. Once you have the temp one, they will then tell you how to change it to the one you want yourself.

DB means database. Sounds like you have a corrupted database software in your phone. Try to reset the phone back to factory default state and see the result. Here's the procedure:

To reset default settings:
Click > Settings > More... > Security and enter your lock code.
Choose Delete/Reset > Reset All Settings. (A disclaimer appears.)
Read the disclaimer and click
If you are certain that you would like to restore all the factory settings, select Yes.
Resetting Your Phone

HI, sorry to hear that...
Basically, if that happens the LCD of your phone is busted. make sure the battery is working also try to use that battery to another phone if does not working that's the time that you have to visit one of your service center in your area...

you could probobly just take off the battery and then put it on and turn the phine back on, it might work if you dont have the phone locked on power up. this is only a suggestion. otherwise you can call your sprint store or check online and maybe find it there? i hope this helps!

Take it into your provider and see if they can reflash it, or determine if there is a hardware fault. They deal wth these kinds of problems every day, and should be able to help.

It is a software issue... reflash the software

I had the same problem (i am with Bell Mobility) so i contacted the customer service and they told me i had to register online first. The website for Bell users is mypictures.bell.ca (i had to search it on yahoo to get into the site for some reason). if you dont know or never made a password then just click "forgot password" and they will text one to your phone. hope this helps

You have to go to a GSM service in your area and they will unlock your phone. But you will have to pay them. You can google for your phone unlock codes, but if nothing helps you, you must do what I said.

try contacting your netwrok provider and check the message settings

Go into your picture gallery and choose to send as a picture message or MMS. Instead of entering one of your contacts into the To: field, enter you email address and hit send. It should come to your email as a .jpg attachment.

To receive a picture message on the rumor, you have to be sent it and data has to be turned on and allowed by the service provider. It will then appear in your messaging inbox

sound like the phone might have a fatal sofware error...if it just blinks over and over with a good battery then replace the phone

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

To my knowledge, music and other media must be stored on an SD card. SIM cards are used to store contacts and connect your mobile device to the mobile network of your carrier. I would check your phone's manual (if you still have it) and see what it says about storing and playing music. SD cards are quite cheap. I recently purchased an 8 GB card for $25.
