How do i download onboard memory

Go into play mode. Press the menu button and scroll down to the green play arrow on the left side menu. Then go into that menu by toggling right. Then scroll down to the last option 'copy' on the third page and toggle right to go into these options. Here it will give you the option of copying from the onboard memory onto the memory card or vice-versa.

Panasonic lumix DMC fs15 memory card parameter

Hi,
Has this card worked before in your camera?
If so, have you formatted it on a PC by any chance?

Try to format the card in camera, this should help. If it still doesn't work then the card might be damaged (unlikely but possible).

Good luck,
Raf

What would be the very best settings on the

Without flash the DMC TZ5 still does well. The photo has a good level of detail. It also has a natural look to it. Once again there is that bit more colour in the shot than I am used to seeing.

The way Panasonic manage the ISO settings is a little different to other brands. With the DMC TZ5 you set the maximum ISO rating you wish to use and then the camera is intelligent to work out the actual setting. This tends to produce better results than with other brands in most situations.

Hope helped.

What is the best setting & shutter speed for

Hi,
it is always best to test some settings. As a Fz 50 owner, I would go for the high sensitivity mode in scn. Or I´d go into P program, set a higher iso, 200-400-800 depending on the light. Remember, the darker it gets, the longer the shutter remains open - high chance for camera shake. Our cameras are similar, you could get along with this too.

Auto zooming on power up, intermittent problem

Possibly a intermittent connection in the control buttons or the ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) connector from the controls to the main PCB.
Take it in for servicing, they will do a trial by substitution (swap out control) and lubricate the connector.
There isn't really anything you can do to fix with this sort of problem.

Cheers.

What is the best setting for indoor concerts?

No flash, right? Concert pix are some of the hardest to do. 80% recovery is pretty good.
Don't use a speed slower than 60 (1/60th second).
try us use telephoto as much as possible, leaving the dark areas out of the picture. The camera metering gets confused when you have too much audience and other areas that are not lit up like the stage.

Lumix Panasonic DMC FZ28 18x optical zoom, 27mm

Does it make 2 beeps and have a green spot in the center of viewfinder/lcd? if so it is thinking it is focused, test this to see. If it is 2 beeps but definitely out of focus, it will need to go in for a back-focus alignment. Simple operation for the repair team.

Camera focus error

there is a small logic circuit that controls the motor that retracts the lens and a sensor that tells it the lens is retracted, it is a lens position sensor, one of these two components is most likely defective, the thing is there are no consumer service info provided by panasonic, they will not sell you parts either, the camera is a mystery to take apart and repair without the tech manual which u can't get, so u see the delima here, u must either have this camera fixed by a panasonic repair station or see if it qualifies for a upgrade exchange program for a newer model.

The problem is that your shutter is staying open longer than necessary because of all the dark sky. Make sure to use a tripod and experiment with shorter shutter exposures.
