Battery only lasts for 10 images!
Rechargeable battery have a limited number of recharging cycles so it may be that you require a new battery. If it is a fairly new camera I would take the camera back to the shop and ask for a replacement battery.

Hello.
It sounds like your camera's lens is broken. Did you accidentally drop it? When you shake your camera, do you hear something moving inside? Like a loose part? Or looking in the lens do see anything amiss?

Hi,

Hello.
Do you see the error message from your camera OR from your Mac? If it is from your Mac, then it is NOT a problem with your SD card. Try to connect your camera again to your Mac, then before disconnecting it, open disk utility and look for the drive name (of your camera) and click eject. Or you can just drag the icon of your camera to the trash and then it will be safe to remove it.

Hello
Thank you for using FIXYA!!!
This
is a suggestion. If you do not feel comfortable trying it, you will need to take
the unit to your nearest service centre. Feel free to let me know if you
need any assistance.
The problem might be that the lens has become stuck in the barrel. There are some DIY solutions you could try, but the
probability is that you will have to get it fixed by a professional.
Use
these at own risk as it may further damage the camera.
Firstly ,
try connecting your ac adapter or usb cable.
Try holding the
shutter button while switching on the camera.
Look at the lens ,
and if some of the lens 'circles' is misaligned or not concentric then
try wiggling it (while holding camera lens down).
Try gently
pushing or pulling the lens when it extends but this is risky as it may
cause the lens barrel to slip out of its guidance system.
Another
way to do this is to place the camera lens down on a hard surface and
then power it up. Be sure to use a soft cloth or something similar as to
not scratch your lens or casing. Let the lens push the camera up and
down a few times and sometimes the little resistance provided by the
camera is enough to get things going again.
Try hitting your
camera near the lens on the body with the soft tissue on the palm of
your hand.
Other than that , I would take the camera to a repair centre for a evaluation to see if it would cost more to repair than to
replace the camera.
If it is still under warranty I would suggest
you take it in before trying any of these steps and remove any
off-brand batteries or accessories as some stores are really fussy about
warranty repairs on camera's with non-brand accessories.

When you buy a webcam, it comes with software and drivers so your computer can use it properly. Did your Lumix come with those things?....I don't think so. Use your Lumix for its intended purpose and go out and buy a webcam for its purpose.

Your camera almost certainly has a lens error, this
is such a common fault that I hope you don't mind me pasting my stock
generic answer below. No point in reinventing the wheel!
Stuck lenses are probably the most common
reason that compact digital cameras get thrown away, but there's a fair
chance of recovering use of your camera again
The fault is
commonly caused by dirt or grit blocking the mechanism, or due to it
having suffered a recent fall. Another common cause is that the camera
was in a pocket or bag and the power button accidentally activated and
tried to open the lens against resistance. The mechanism may have simply
become
dislodged or there may be parts which have broken.
If your camera
is still under warranty and has definitely not been subject to misuse
then contact the Panasonic service department in your country to find out about a free repair. If
the warranty has expired though a professional repair will far exceed
the
cost of replacing your camera. You will therefore have nothing to lose
by
trying to fix this yourself.
Please click here
and you will be taken to an excellent article provided by the Camera
Repair website. For the most part, you'll be guided on how to physically
manipulate your camera to try and clear the fault. Although the article
mentions Canon a few times, the advice applies equally to all cameras
with lens errors and is not model-specific.

Good
luck, I hope you manage to use this information to fix your camera, or
at least are able to use the information to help decide whether to buy
another camera. If you do
decide that you have to throw your camera away then don't forget to
remove the memory card as it can be used in other devices.
Please take a moment to rate the speedy and free answer I have provided
for you and
any testimonial which you might wish to add is always welcome.
How do you remove photos from the internal memory
You can erase them as you normally would when you have a memory card in.
To access the pictures in the internal memory, you need to remove any memory card that you have in your camera first. Then go to preview mode, push the trashcan icon and select "Yes" when asked if you are sure you want to delete the picture.
That's all!
Can I install this on
you should be able to but if its not compadable go to www.panasonic.com click on drivers camera and download the latest driver
